Common questions
How long does the service take?
These are the minimum times for each service:
- Window film: 3 hours
- Ceramic: 4 hours
- Polishing: 6 hours
- Front PPF: 4 hours
- Full PPF: 10 hours
Your car may need longer if it needs preparation first:
- PPF: the paint may need polishing before installation.
- Window film: we clean the glass fully and cover the dashboard and interior parts to protect them during installation.
The branch tells you the time after inspecting your car. If you choose more than one service, we work on them together, so the time is close to the longest one, not the total.
How do I know my car is ready?
You get a message when it is done.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, any time. Send your request from the support page.
Can I add or change a service after booking?
Yes. Your booking holds your slot, and you can add or change services at the branch.
Which branch is best?

Should I wash my car before coming?
No need. The branch team prepares the car before starting.
Do I pay when booking?
No. You can pay at the branch.
