Who we are

This website is operated by Seven Auto Services Co. (Drive7), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the site you accept these terms.

Booking

  • A booking on the website reserves an appointment at the branch you choose.
  • The final service and its price are confirmed at the branch after inspecting the car.
  • We send the appointment confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp to the number you entered.
  • No payment is required when booking. You pay at the branch.
  • You can change or cancel your appointment at any time from the Support page or by contacting the branch.

Prices and offers

  • Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT.
  • Every offer has a stated period. It ends when that period ends and is not applied retroactively.
  • The price shown for a package is for the package as listed. Any addition or change is priced at the branch.

Gift cards

  • Gift cards are bought on the website using the available payment methods. Payment details are entered at the payment gateway and are not stored by us.
  • The gift code is sent to the recipient by SMS or WhatsApp to the number entered by the sender. Check the number before paying.
  • The code can be used once at any Drive7 branch. Its validity period is stated in the gift message.
  • If the service costs more than the gift value, the recipient pays the difference. If it costs less, the difference is not refunded in cash.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Warranty

  • Every service comes with a warranty whose terms are given at installation: duration, what is covered and what is not.
  • The warranty is issued by Drive7 and honored at any branch.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or work done by a third party.

Partner program

  • A partner receives a link or code to share with customers.
  • A customer counts for the partner when they book through the link or code first and the service is completed.
  • A partner's booking for themselves does not count.
  • Commission and its payment are agreed separately with each partner.
  • We may deactivate any code in case of manipulation or breach of the agreement.

Content

  • Text, images, video and graphics on this site belong to Drive7 or are licensed to it. They may not be used without written permission.
  • Blog articles are general information and do not replace inspecting the car at the branch.
  • Technical figures on the site come from manufacturer specification sheets. Actual results vary by car and conditions of use.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
