Where it is kept and who can access it
- Data is kept in the website database and in our customer management system.
- Only authorized Drive7 staff can access it, each according to their role.
Who we share it with
- Payment gateways, to complete a gift purchase.
- Our SMS and WhatsApp provider, to send confirmations and codes.
- Measurement and advertising tools (Google · Meta · Snapchat · TikTok), to measure campaigns using technical identifiers, not your name or number.
- We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else except by lawful request.
Cookies
- Essential: they remember how you arrived at the site so your booking is linked to the right campaign.

How long we keep it
We keep data as long as the purpose remains: service data for the warranty period, support requests until closed, and visit data for as long as needed for measurement. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

Security
